We are looking for an experienced and passionate brewer to join our team.
Us
• A growing brewery located on the east coast of South Korea (Olympic City)
• Excellent reputation for brewing unique and high quality beer
• 10hl brewhouse brewing 2khl per year with expansion currently in progress
• Large on site taproom, restaurant and bakery/café, as well as, distribution throughout South Korea.
• Expansion to a large, production focused location is underway and you will get to have input in that as well.

You
• Passionate craft brewer with a flair for creativity
• At least 2 years commercial brewing experience
• Experience managing a team of brewers
• Physical ability as is required in a brewery
• High standard of hygiene and cleanliness
• A bachelor's degree in a brewing related field
or
A bachelor's degree plus a certificate in brewing from a recognized institution
(One of these is absolutely required for Korean work visa)
• Criminal record check and drug test is also required by Korean Law
• Knowledge of Korean language is preferred
The Role
• You will be responsible for all brewing operations
• Maintaining records, inventory, ordering, scheduling
• Communicating with bar manager, sales manager and owners
• Creating recipes
• Attending festivals, interviews, and representing the brewery
• QA and QC and lab work
• Managing a small team of brewers
