Mill Creek Brewpub & Restaurant is hiring the next Head Brewer for their seven barrel, award-winning brewery. This is a fast track position, requiring knowledge of all aspects of brewing fermentation, along with a commitment to brewing quality beers.
Brewing degree or substantial brew house/wort production experience preferred.
