The bearings are shot on my CIP pump. The motor is a 1.5hp 3450rpm Baldor that is 15 years old. Anyone know where I can get another motor for a good deal?

    Thanks!

    Baldor Motor

Is it the motor or the pump? If its the motor Dont buy a new one! look up an electric motor repair shop and get it rebuilt.
it will run you about half of what a new motor will cost. I just had a one rebuilt for 300 dollars, worth every penny of it.

WW Grainger To Start with. Also I believe Motion Industries is a source.

Both inboard and outboard bearings shouldn't cost you more than $30-$40. Take it to a shop and have the bearings replaced.

Grainger had Dayton, one of our Baldors was replaced with a Dayton. The Baldor is a far better motor hands down.
