Conquest Brewing Co., based in Columbia, South Carolina, is in an expansion mode and seeking a Head Brewer. We currently operate on a 3 BBL system and contract brew thru another SC based brewery for our high volume products. We are working on plans to expand to a 15 BBL system soon and are looking to hire a Head Brewer, with at least 3 years of solid experience, ahead of that transition.
