Holler Brewing is seeking an Assistant Brewer. This full-time job encompasses several mundane, laborious tasks that demand an obsessive attention-to-detail, a strong work ethic, and a love of cleaning. Experience working in a commercial brewery is strongly preferred.
A little bit about us: We opened in November of 2016 in the heart of Houston, and we pride ourselves on brewing a wide variety of high quality beer to be consumed fresh in the tasting room or on draft around town. In our first year, we released 32 different beers, from classic lagers to dank IPAs to English ales (one of which medaled at GABF). Our 7-barrel brewery stays busy keeping up with demand while constantly exploring new styles, recipes, and techniques.
