Brewer Assistant or Brewhouse Operator.

This is for a full-time position
Duties:
Staging grain bags
Milling grain
Weighing and staging of hop additions
Mill room cleaning
Operating brewhouse
CIP of brewhouse vessels including: Brewhouse, Fermentors, and other Storage
CIP/SIP of heat exchanger and wort lines
Other brewhouse cleaning as needed
Basic brewhouse maintenance
Help fill and maintain canning operations
Requirements
Must be over 21 years of age. State Law
Must be able to lift 55 pounds above shoulders.
Full physical capability to assist in above duties.
Strong work ethic and communication skills .
Must have reliable transportation to work.
