I clamp the ends together and hang in loops on an industrial hose hanger. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

    Prost!

As Dave replied, sanitized w/ends clamped together.

I'm not sure what "giggity" is, but this is how we store brewery product and CIP hoses:

A recycled automobile wheel, cleaned up and painted, makes a dandy hose-hanger.

In three breweries I have worked in
We had a few pulleys with ropes
Mount the pulleys on the wall of if there are posts that support the ceiling.
Run the rope threw the pulleys.
Have a hook on one end.
You can hook up two hoses in the Middle with a small 2 by 4 to support the hoses so they don't kink.
pull the hoses up to the top of the pulley have a turnbuckle the bottom to wrap the line around then your hoses are off the floor in the drain properly
Smaller hose can be thrown over smaller tanks on the CIP arms
