Hello!
I am looking to get professional brewing experience. I am interested in helping in any/every possible way from cellaring, to brewing, to taproom sales. I currently own and operate a small contract brewery and am looking to learn on a professional level.
Additionally, I come from a controls engineering background and will be able to help maintain and modify your current equipment and help design and engineer any thing you are looking to add in the future from simple pneumatics and discrete valve control to along signals, VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and any other TLAs you can need help with.
