IMMEDIATE OPENING! Join our team and live in beautiful Moab, Utah! We are looking for an assistant brewer capable of operating all facets of the brewing process!
• Minimum 2 years professional brewing experience
• Must be physically fit and able to manipulate full kegs and other heavy objects easily and safely
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of the brewing process
• Experience with basic brewing analytical instrumentation
• Understanding and ability to perform basic brewing calculations
• Operate a fork lift
• Flexibility with work hours and availability
