Solano Brewing Company and Bell Family Brewing
have an immediate need for a
Brewer
We are looking for a skilled, creative, experienced, independent brewer to work approximately 4 days per week in our new start up brewery.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for creating recipes and award winning brews that will take these startup companies to the next level. You will brew and keg 25-30 barrels of beer per month for each company. You will be responsible for all aspects of brewing, including:
managing beer production,
kegging product
cleaning equipment, and
ordering and managing supplies.
Qualified candidate will have:
At least 2 years’ experience brewing on a 3 BBL system or larger.
Brewing certification preferred
