Experienced Brewer needed in Rocklin, CA

Out of Bounds Brewing Company was founded nearly 5 years ago. Recently we opened a very busy second location which includes a large restaurant and a 10,000 square foot Biergarten featuring bocce ball courts, gassed in fire pits, and a concert stage. To meet the increased demands of the restaurant and our local distributor, we expanded our Rocklin production facility to accommodate. Our brewhouse features all state of the art/brand new American made Marks Design and Metalworks vessels, including a 15 BBL brewhouse, 30 and 45 BBL fermenters and brite tanks. We pride ourselves on creating a positive work culture and are looking for additional brewhouse personnel to join our dynamic team.

Title- Brewer
Reports to- Head Brewer
Salary- DOE
Qualifications- minimum 1 year experience in production brewery or brewpub.

Job Duties:
- good time management, strong work ethic, self starter, efficient, multi tasking, attention to detail, positive attitude
- wort production on 2 vessel 15 bbl system
- all aspects of cellaring - CIP, sanitization, transfers, kegging, bbl aging, yeast collections, dry hopping, general cleaning, etc.
- maintenance and troubleshooting
- hatred for DO!
- follow SOPs set by OBBC
- yeast cell counts, various quality tests
- help out on bottling/canning line when needed

Must be available to work evenings/weekends if needed.
