Brewer/Operations Manager Needed for Production Brewery in Southern California
Operating production brewery in Southern California, has an immediate opening for a qualified Brewer and Operations Manager. Our 30-barrel brewhouse is on plan to achieve 20,000 barrels of production in the next three years.
The ideal candidate has experience in all aspects of brewery operations, including recipe formulation, ordering, brewing, cellaring, packaging and reporting and tax preparation. We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality, supervisory, leadership and marketing skills and the ability to help us stand out of the crowd.
We will have a representative at CBC in Nashville who will be able to meet and discuss the brewery, collect resumes and conduct initial interviews.
