Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company is looking for a full-time Brewer!
We are looking for PASSIONATE individuals with at least some PROFESSIONAL BREWING EXPERIENCE. This is a chance to join a small team working in a new, polished facility that is poised for explosive growth.
We operate a 30-bbl brewhouse, 240bbls of fermentation capacity, and another 240bbls of brite capacity, all built by Marks Design & Metalworks. Our ABE canning line currently churns out 16oz cans, and we have two rooms dedicated to oak-aging (both clean and wild).
Our brewery taproom includes a full-service, lunch-and-dinner restaurant that utilizes whole-animal butchery to create charcuterie and smoked meat products. Our family of businesses includes Edmund’s Oast Restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Bob Cook, and Edmund’s Oast Exchange, a stellar beer and wine retail store.

Job Requirements
• Passion for brewing
• Some professional brewing experience
• Ability to lift 55lbs, twist and turn, reach above shoulders, bend, stoop, scale a ladder, and climb stairs
