Brewers Wanted:
Birch’s on the Lake and Birch’s Lowertown are both looking for new Assistant Brewers. Flexible hours and great perks around 30 hours per week, on your feet hustling the whole time.
Primary job responsibilities:
-Wort Production
-CIP fermenters/serving tanks
-Transfer Beer
-Carbonate beer
-Clean draft lines
-Clean kegs
-Fill Crowlers
We are looking for people passionate about craft beer, and are willing to make it their lives. Some professional brewing experience, brewing school or homebrewing experience is required. Knowledge of local and national craft beers is a must. Must be able to drive to St Paul or Long Lake (15 min west of Minneapolis) as needed. Must be detail oriented and can take direction well. Must be able to lift 55lbs grain bags. Occasionally work nights for tours and weekends for beer festivals. While drinking beer is part of the job, getting drunk on the clock will not be permitted.
