Lead Brewer:
Buckeye Lake Brewery is hiring a Lead Brewer to take us to the next level. We are a small packaging/taproom brewery in central Ohio with a 7bbl Frankenbrew system, looking to move to a new production facility with a 15bbl or larger system. We brewed 1250 bbl last year which was quite an accomplishment. You will be involved in day to day operation of the brewery as well as assisting in planning our move to a yet to be determined location of our new production facility. You will have two years + experience brewing on a 15bbl or larger system. You will be able to work independently and lead a small team of brewery staff. Lab and/or packaging experience are a plus.
