Full Time Brewing Position
Nocona Beer and Brewery is looking for a highly motivated and experienced brewer to work at our Nocona TX location. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience in brewing or manufacturing and the craft beer industry. We expect candidates to be externally motivated, communicate well, work well independently and take great pride in their work.
Job Description:
o Brewing, Cellaring and Packaging.
o Ability to work from SOP’s.
o Ability to work as a team and independently.
o Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
o Constant cleaning and sanitation.
Requirements:
o Brewing or manufacturing experience
o Ability to lift 55lbs and safely move 165 lbs.
o Mechanical aptitude.
o A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
o Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends when necessary for events.
