Nail meet head. Thanks a ton Ron. They have exactly what I was looking for. I have a couple bottles for you next time you drop by for barrels. Speaking of how did those you picked up work out for you?

Hey Joel,

Glad to be of help. The barrels are working quite well. Your stout is wonderful, so I knew we would be off to a good start. The first batch through them developed nicely, but differently than any of our other barrels, yet all very similar to each other, and so required some time and careful blending to fit our Roja profile. And now after a few uses and more time they are putting out some wonderful sour beer! I am looking forward to coming down for more at some point. Not sure when, though. Maybe late June, or early July.... Do you have your production planned out that far to know when barrels will be available?

On a different note, do you all do any contract brewing?
