Columbus based Wild Ohio brewing is looking for an experienced to run operations of their production facility. This is a totally Airconditioned Brewery maintained at 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
What we brew
We make a unique product called "Tea Beer".We dont use barley or malt in fermentation. We make lots of this beer so you will be making over 600 bbls a month to start and increase there after.
What you will do to kill time
• Meet safety standards, GMP standards, quality specifications, and operational efficiencies. • Ensure employees follow safety policies. Observe assistant brewers and evaluate job activities to determine correct use of prescribed safety equipment and procedures. • Assist in the achievement of key operational Brewery goals (Example: Quality Score achievement, Gross Margin, Continuous Improvement, etc.) • Participate in daily taste panel to evaluate adherence to quality specification and flavor agreement. • Manage and supervise the flow of materials and utilization of staffing to ensure adequate production of required quality to fulfill production requirements. • Provide input for production schedules for Brewhouse, Fermentation, and Cold Processing operations for the department. • Manage sanitation of Brewing area to assure compliance with GMPs. Develop documented routines for cleaning and maintaining work areas within GMP regulations. • Update, maintain and develop CIP/cleaning procedures for all process equipment, pumps, valves, process lines and associated systems. Ensure all processing systems and equipment is maintained in the required level of sanitation. • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in support of quality and gross margin company goals.

Male / Female brewers who have lots of brewing knowledge. Salary commensurate with experience
