    Job Title: Brewer

    Position Category: Full Time

    Overview of Position

We are in the process of building a brewery in Waltham, MA. Our 30-bbl and 5-bbl brewhouses were installed in August and scheduled to be commissioned towards the end of September. We are looking for an experienced brewer to join our team and help manage the brewing operations. We are looking for someone with extensive brewing experience, a strong mechanical background, a thorough understanding of brewing science and recipe development, and experience managing people. The candidate will ideally be able to join our team in early October.

You will manage a state-of-the-art brew house with a canning line in an 18,000 sq. ft brewery space that has a current annual production capacity of 13,000 BBL, expandable to 30,000+ BBL annual capacity when needed. In addition, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the brewery's cellaring, yeast, and QA/QC operations. Keeping in mind our current volume, we are looking to adding four Brewers in our Brewing team by the end of October. The Brewing team will collectively share the brewing, cellaring, yeast management, and QA/QC responsibilities. If you are hard working with a positive attitude and want to be part of a team of fun and adventurous people, then we would love to hear from you!
