Hi All
Our brewpub is looking for a experienced, self motivated brewer to help with daily production. We are a small pub in Durango Co looking for some one to work along side the head brewer/owner and learn our process and move forward from there.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Maintain a clean & safe work space
• Wort Production on 10bbl system
• Fermentation Monitoring
• Cellar operations include DE filtration, tank cleaning/sanitization
• Keg Cleaning and filling along with draft line maintenance
• Local festivals and events
Ideal Credentials
• 2+ years of experience in brewery
• Ability to work independently
• Capable of lifting 55 lbs repeatedly
• Great communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Good mechanical ability
• Critical thinking skills
Personality:
• Good attitude
• Willing to learn & teach FOH staff
• Team Player
