Wanted: Full Time Brewer Position.
Alamo Beer Company is taking applications for a Brewer position. This position is full time and hourly. Previous experience in a brewpub or packaging brewery is beneficial, but not required. Brewer’s certifications a plus, but not needed.
Applicants should be able to lift 55 lb. loads repeatedly, work on their feet for long periods, work well with others, have a reliable mode of transportation, must work alternating shifts and weekend days.
Duties will include, but not be limited to wort production, fermentation, cellaring, yeast handling, keg washing, keg filling, cleaning, washing, packaging, beer line cleaning, maintenance and tours.
