Third Space Brewing is an award-winning production craft brewery located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are a fast-growing brewery with a passion for creating high-quality craft beer and a fun and welcoming “third space” for our customers (you have your home, you have your work, but everyone needs a third space). We have a tap room and beer garden on site in our 11,000 square foot brewing facility just west of Milwaukee’s Third Ward in the historic Menomonee Valley. Third Space Brewing is currently served in accounts throughout the Milwaukee Area (7 counties total). We will soon be adding 12 new counties and growing our distribution territory throughout Madison and Southern Wisconsin.

Position Overview
Looking for a hardworking, committed and passionate person to join our production team. Join a rapidly growing brewery in a role that can help introduce you to the industry or further a career. Small team means wearing many hats and gaining exposure to many facets of beer production.
Job Responsibilities
• Cleaning and sanitizing duties throughout the brewery, cellars and warehouse
• Assist with equipment CIPs
• Washing and filling of kegs
• Assist on packaging line
• Monitor beer throughout fermentation process
• Assist with wort production as needed in a limited role
• Ensure proper documentation of processes
• Perform all tasks in accordance with Third Space SOPs
• Adhere to quality policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Experience in a production/labor environment
• Brewery experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things right the first time
• Ability to work efficiently and cleanly
• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work on feet for full shift
• Passion for beer and desire for ongoing learning and education
• Able to work safely in environment containing potential hazards
• Ability to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height and maneuver 170 lbs of weight
• Basic computer/data entry skills
Job Conditions
Production environment containing forklift traffic, wet/slippery floors, climbing up and down ladders, trip hazards, mechanical equipment, bending, twisting, lifting, pushing objects.
