Arbor Brewing Company, the first American Craft Brewery in India, is looking for an experienced Head Brewer to run operations at our packaging brewery in Goa. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of production brewery experience with knowledge of and proven experience in all aspects of brewing from ingredients to finished product. This includes, but is not limited to, brewing science, ingredient knowledge, wort production, fermentation, filtering, centrifuging, bottling, canning, kegging, yeast propagation, and lab analysis. This person must also have experience with production scheduling. Strong mechanical skills are a must.
Our production brewery is currently producing 5000 barrels/year with a capacity of 20000 barrels. We have a top of the line North American brewery, GEA centrifuge, Wild Goose canning line, DM water system, wastewater ETP, electricity generating solar panels, and fully outfitted laboratory.
We offer a competitive compensation package incorporating salary, travel, and living expenses commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications.
Arbor Brewing Company opened its original brewpub in Ann Arbor in 1995 (still going strong!) and its packaging microbrewery in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 2006. In 2012 Arbor Brewing Company India, a brewpub in Bangalore, opened and is heralded as the craft beer leader in India. Our packaging brewery in Goa began operations in 2018.
