Grand Illusion Hard Cider

Grand Illusion Hard Cider, now 1 year old, is a licensed winery in Pennsylvania with a 100 seat hard cider and wine bar in downtown Carlisle, PA (15 ciders; 5 beers; 8 wines on draft). We've done some onsite production but the builk of our kegs/cans have been produced through contract off-site. We currently have three flagship ciders (blueberry lavender, hopped pineapple and a hopped grapefruit) and a ginger-pear cider on draft (flagships are also in 12 oz cans). We are currently developing our 4th flagship line but wanted to bring someone on to build a cider program to keep, at this time, an additional, 5th, draft line rotating with different ciders. Growth is constant, and so success in this position could likely lead to something larger and more permanent; that's our goal.
We are looking for someone with commercial beer or wine/cider experience who can develop a nano cider production program onsite. A barrel program is on the wish list. We envision this to be a subcontract position ranging from five to 10 hours per week (heavier on the front end, of course, as the program is created). Hours are flexible and can be built around your schedule, not ours. Contract payment will be negotiable and subject to experience.
