Head Brewer Position for Freight & Rail Brewing Co. in Calhoun, GA
Seeking a creative and qualified individual for the Head Brewing position for a small start-up brewery in Calhoun, GA. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the production of all of the beers and the maintenance of the brewery. We have both a 5 bbl and a 1 bbl brewing systems. We will focus on own-premise sales, retail sales from out of the brewery, with limited distribution to follow as production allows. We will produce lots of different styles with an ever changing line up of beers.
We are looking for a brewer who is interested in exploring all aspects of their creative powers.
Responsibilities include everything necessary to produce world-class beers in a small brewery environment. We’re looking for someone who is hard working, creative and passionate about beer.
Our equipment has been delivered, licenses applied for and we are excited to bring this dream alive. Come be a part of an exciting start-up, a fun place to work, and the constant challenge to create world-class beers. Calhoun is a beautiful small town just 1 hour north of Atlanta, 20-30 minutes from the northern suburbs and less than hour from Chattanooga.
