  • Lactose

    Hello Forumites
I was wondering how much lactose one uses to make a milk stout for a 6.5 bbl(final yield in BBT). I'm making a "breakfast stout" and want to add a hint of the milk stout character. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use 30# for a final yield of 6BBL in my milk stout. Hope this helps?
