I was making beer in a BOP and it has closed. I want to continue with my home brewing of similiar beer styles such as IPA, Kolsch , Alts, Dortmunder,etc. My problem is I do not know what yeast they used except that is was in the liquid form they made up a few days before the boils. What can I use or is it not as great of a concern as I see it? Thank you.
