    I´ve got a small microbrewery 2 BBL, and this is my water profile, I wonder which kind of beers can i brew whit this, or which kind of aditives i should work with
    Calcium(Ca): 60 ppm
    acidity(CaCO3) 50ppm
    total alcalinity (CaCO3):100 ppm
    Chloride (Cl-): 250ppm
    Total Hardness( CaCO3): 160 ppm
    Fe :0.3 ppm
    Mg :36 ppm
    Manganese (Mn): 0.1 ppm
    Sulphate (SO4-2): 250 ppm
    zinc (Zn): 5 ppm
    fluoride (F-): 1.2 ppm
    Phosphates (PO4-3): 0.2 ppm

    It looks a little hard to me, and although I don't have the info at hand, it looks rather like the Burton water from my memory. I think you'd do fine with some English ales with that profile, and maybe a Dortmunder-esque lager if you wanted. It's definitely going to add a lot to your overall mouthfeel.
