    ...2 years experience in kegging, yeast management, chemical/technical-analysis, tours, sanitation/cleaning, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, fermentation, keep in touch with suppliers, billing customers, running semimanual brewhouse on his own(!) over weeks, calculations, ability to read and troubleshoot logical circuits, filling line, labeling, filtering

    experience in stout, pilsner, export (maerzen), bock, triplebock, weizen, alt, helles, broyhan

    available for hire. less compensation: bedroom, gas, food, a gallon beer per week.

    from tuesday to thursday 12 hours a day. used to work hard.
