Head Brewer wanted in AUSTIN

We are a startup in Austin, Texas that will be coming online in next 12 months. We have deep market ties and industry experience. We're currently looking for a head brewer to run operations and help build the company with us. Qualifications:

-3 to 5 years of brewing experience at production brewery or brewpub on 15bbl brewhouse
-Motivated brewer will to experiment with various styles
-Demonstrated strong understanding of brewing process
-CIP in brewhouse


Preferred Qualifications:

-Cellar operations to include fermentation, sanitation, cleaning, chemical use, and all related work
-Formal brewing education from accredited program
-Knowledge of and experience with sours and barrel aging
-Advanced Knowledge of Lab and Quality Control Testing Procedures
