Internships: Holstein Brewery (Germany), Global Malt (Germany), Royal Unibrew (Denmark), Sinebrygchoff (Finland)
Visited and done small projects in multiple other breweries as well as collaborations
I believe in brewing interesting, world-class (especially barrel-aged and sour) beers efficiently, technically, and consistently. Why go to all the hard work, time, and expense to make bad or boring beer?
