  • Experienced and Well-Rounded head brewer

As of this morning, my position as head brewer was permanently eliminated due to the COVID19 pandemic. Needless to say, I'm looking to get my feet under my as soon as possible. My latest position saw me running a 15 bbl pub brewery in Boston Metrowest, and all said, I've got about 7 and a half years under my belt. I'm very much interested in starting a new brewery altogether, and this is the perfect time to begin planning. Unfortunately, I am unable to relocate away from Massachusetts at this time.

    Skills include:
    -Recipe development grain-to-glass
    -Propagation management
-All hot and cold side operations, including packaging, brewing, CIP/SIP on all equipment, dryhopping/post-ferm additions, yeast handling, all measurements, etc
    -Inventory and order management
    -Process management
    -Planning and executing collaborations
    -Scheduling and staff management
    -Bottle, can, and keg refermentation
    -Some barrel management
    -Sensory analysis
    -Equipment selection and purchasing
    -Training of production staff
    -Minor branding and marketing

I also have a slew of friends in the supply arms, from chemical reps to maltsters. If you need your brewdeck filled, or you want boots on a shiny new brewdeck, please do reach out. Cheers.
