I have been Brewing professionally for over 12 years--9 of those years as the brewmaster. I have worked on systems ranging from 3 to 15 bbls, mostly in brewpubs, but also in a production brewery.
Before brewing, I worked for 3 years in the Pacific Northwest wine industry. Also, in the last year, I started dabbling in cider and distilling.
the brewery I most recently ran was unable to survive the Covid shutdown, and I'm available for a new project! I'm located in Southern Michigan, but can relocate if needed.
