I love beer, brewing and the people in our industry. After working around the world I returned to Texas . My wheelhouse is newer or start up Breweries of any size thou I am happy in an established or growing concern. I florish in a team oriented environment and enjoy working at all levels of operations from start up specifications and recipe creation to scaling up and growing markets. While I have enjoyed working in other states and countries I would like to remain in Texas where I feel my background and experience can make a difference. I also have professional proficiencies and experience in high quality craft distillation , wine and cider making.
