    I have been in the wine-making and brewing industries for sixteen years. I have run breweries from 3 to 15 bbls, developed and maintained extensive barrel aged and sour programs, trained and managed staff, and hosed down the floor at the end of the day.

    Whether you’re starting up a new brewery or trying to improve your current operation, I can help with layout, equipment selection and set up, development of SOP’s, recipe development, brewery staff training, inventory control, forecasting, record keeping, etc. I can even fill in for a period and brew.

    Obviously, the length and terms of the consultation are flexible and will be tailored to suit your needs and budget.
