I am looking for opportunities with new and existing small breweries who may be in need of help with:
Installation - New or used equipment install and commissioning- brewhouses, cellars, canning line etc.
Temporary Brewing - Brewer need a vacation? Looking for a full time brewer but need a bridge/someone to get you started? Temporary increase in production? I have brewed on 10 different systems frankenbrew to multi vessel semi-auto. Steam, direct fire and electric.
Consulting - Can provide services pertaining to the production side such as equipment sourcing and layout, raw material and chemical selection, recipe development and cost of goods, draft system design/maintenance and training
I have been in the brewing industry for a decade. Started as an assistant brewer and have been in a Head Brewer/Manager type role at multiple breweries for the last 8 years of my career. I have experience working on systems and at Breweries of various sizes, in towns as small as 700 to City/metro areas. I have done multiple and successful Brewery build outs/new equipment installs including a full canning line. I have worked in taprooms serving, beer festivals and other events. I have also worked as a Packaging Inventory manager in a related industry, and have extensive customer service and cash handling skills.

Highly proficient in brewing processes -grain to glass, wort production, fermentation, cellaring, filtering, packaging, and of course cleaning
Recipe formulation and development for flagship and seasonal offerings
Knowledge of and experience brewing many different styles of beer including classics, hoppy, lagers, barrel aging, sour and mixed
fermentation, fruited
Equipment sourcing and installation
Inventory and ordering of raw materials, finished beer, chemicals
Yeast propagation and management
Troubleshooting and maintenance of brewing and mechanical/electrical systems
Ability to train team members and delegate tasks to a team
Production scheduling and flow
SOP writing, safety first approach
Hazard analysis and good manufacturing techniques
Necessary paperwork and reporting
Front of house staff beer training
Draft system design, installation, and maintenance
