I am czech brewer with 4 years of brewing school and 3 years of brewing experience currently working in a craft brewery in Czech Republic. As the only employee working here I have experience in every process from brewing on 10bbl brewhouse to bottling and logistic.
I absolved brewing specialized school and have worked as cellar person in regional brewery in the past.
I'm currently 22 years old and seeking for new challenge.
My specializations are pilsen style lagers. But I can do IPAs, APAs etc. as well.
