- Built Mason Jar Lager Company from the ground up
- Created all core and seasonal release recipes
- Responsible for creating new recipes, improving existing recipes, and exploring new and emerging beer styles for fit in the portfolio

- Oversee brewery staff at the Lager Co (1 brewer, 2 cellar staff) and TapStation (1 brewer, 1 cellar)

- Work directly with owners to ensure the best quality beer is being produced to enhance and drive sales
- Build and commission a new brewery in Apex, NC - TapStation
- Well-versed in all brewery operations and processes

- Experience in all levels of operations: cleaning kegs, sweeping floors, scrubbing tanks, CIP/SIP, brewing, recipe creation and execution, fermentation, packaging, POs, distribution, and overall brewery cleanliness and organization.
