My name is Isaiah, I am an auto claims adjuster currently looking for an opportunity to get into this crazy and amazing industry. My current set up consists of SS Brewtech all grain 10 gallon system with a unitank and conical fermenters. I currently have a double IPA, chocolate oatmeal stout, Oktoberfest, Belgian quad, Belgian Tripel, and a pumpkin spice latte stout on tap.
I'm willing to be a cellar man, assistant brewer, or pretty much any position that will help me learn and gain more experience. I am currently looking for opportunities in: Temecula, San Diego, Oceanside, Riverside County or even Orange County areas.
