    A talented technical craft brewer with 10 years of professional experience in the craft beer industry. An Honorably Discharged veteran that understands the definition of hardwork and determination and has what it takes to make a mark within this industry.


    Port City Brewing Company (Alexandria, VA) 2018-present

    Assistant Brewer
    • Perform production operations, CIP’s, and sanitation practices with strict adherence to SOP’s set forth in training
    • Responsible for developing updated safety guidelines as Safety Manager and the training of new hire employees
    • Stand-in operator of our Krones bottling and canning line system
    • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks

    Caboose Brewing Company (Vienna, VA) 2017-2018

    Assistant Brewer
    • Day to day operations including brewing, sanitation and general cleaning up of the brewery.
    • Assisting the Head Brewer with the EKOS brewing management program and helping generate new and exciting recipes.

    • Proficient in EKOS brewing management program as well as other recipe development programs.
    • Can work in hot and cold conditions with ease.
