    EMPLOYMENT HISTORY


    Port City Brewing Company (Alexandria, VA) 2018-present

    Assistant Brewer
    • Perform production operations, CIP’s, and sanitation practices with strict adherence to SOP’s set forth in training
    • Responsible for developing updated safety guidelines as Safety Manager and the training of new hire employees
    • Stand-in operator of our Krones bottling and canning line system
    • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks



    Caboose Brewing Company (Vienna, VA) 2017-2018

    Assistant Brewer
    • Day to day operations including brewing, sanitation and general cleaning up of the brewery.
    • Assisting the Head Brewer with the EKOS brewing management program and helping generate new and exciting recipes.
    • Re-launched Cask Program for customers to enjoy small volumes of popular and experimental beers.

    • Maintained proper yeast management to ensure viable yeast for the next brew.
