Currently overseeing 30 bbl lager-focused brewery with (6) 30bbl fvs, (2) 60bbl fvs, and (2) 90bbl fvs. 55CPM Alpha Canning Line, State-wide distro for the past 6 years. As well as a 7bbl brewpub.
Team Player, Leads by example, Creative, process-oriented, Continuous Improvement focused.
Accomplished with over 17 medals including US Beer Championship, Can Can Awards, and multiple NC Statewide competitions.
Active NC Brewers guild committee member, Advisory Board member for the Brewing Program at WTCC, and advocate of all things craft beer.
I am looking for the next step in my brewing career. Passionate about brewing and interested in positions including but not limited to Brewer, Head Brewer, Operations Manager, GM of Production or Brewery Operations, Director of Brewery Operations, Consulting, or anywhere else I can lend my extensive experience.
Willing to relocate for the right position. Would prefer Colorado or WNC but open for the right opportunity.
