    Position: Brewery Sales Representative

    Lucid Brewing is a craft brewery was founded 2011. Lucid is a quickly growing brewery with a dynamic team.

    We seek a FULL TIME BREWERY REPRESENTATIVE to help develop the business in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas including Rochester, Mankato, St. Cloud and Duluth. An understanding of the craft beer industry is a MUST. This is a fun, relationship-driven business which requires an organized sales approach, dedication, and exceptional follow up. A flexible schedule with occasional weekend, evening and overnight work is required.

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining and developing customer relationships
    • Sampling, Festival and tasting events
    • Maintaining consistent contact with distribution partners, and spending time in those markets
    • Growing Lucid Brewing account base in conjunction with production & supply
    • Maintaining a daily record of account visits and results
    • Organizing and planning an efficient daily route to ensure a productive workday
    • Prospecting and securing new business by determining focus areas within current and future distribution zones
    • Ensuring proper date coding and placement of beer at the retailer
    • Participating in the development of forecast and marketing plans
    • Ability to work responsibly and professionally with beer and alcohol

    • Prior alcohol distribution experience required
    • Demonstrated high energy level and self motivation
    • Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Must have prior experience in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market
    • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
    • Ability to work independently and possess effective time management and multi-tasking capability
    • Clear picture of the changing marketplace.
    • Willingness to learn and develop a career in the craft beer industry

    Necessary Abilities:
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • Must be able to frequently bend, climb, kneel and stoop
    • Routinely must be able to lift, load, unload and move kegs and beer equipment
