    Celt Experience are celebrating 10 years producing progressive, hope forward, sour and barrel beers. We are looking for a Head of Sales to focus UK and international efforts. The role:

    Job Role & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business plan to launch and grow the UK/ Export Market.

    • Build & execute Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Plans to achieve Annual Market Goals.

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers.

    • Represent brewery at festivals, beer dinners, tastings and events.

    • Manage POS & execute marketing strategy throughout the territory.

    • Sell in and conduct training programs with retailers, restaurateurs and consumers on Celt Experience Portfolio.

    • control social media

    • Excellent at trade networking

    Ideal Candidates:

    • Lead by example and take initiative; are gregarious & outgoing.

    • Are energetic, organized and motivated problem solvers.

    • Are passionate about craft beer and have deep knowledge of the local and international craft market.

    • Have strong sales, communication and presentation skills.
