    A 25-year-old Swedish master student at University of Manchester, United Kingdom is looking for opportunities within Brewing Operations and Logistics in the Madison-Wisconsin-area starting from mid-September 2016.

    Currently undertaking a master in Operations, Projects and Supply Chain Management. Passionate about beer and the FMCG-industry and possess a strong ambition to deliver a pleasant customer experience. Interested in gaining practical experience of brewing operations, and to engage in improvement projects that can increase a brewery’s responsiveness and speed-to-market, reduce environmental impact and optimize distribution.

    • Good foundation of Operations techniques such as capacity and inventory management, process analysis and quality improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma, useful for both expansion or improvement plans
    • Practical supply chain experience from purchasing and supplier relationship building within the fast-moving consumer goods (foods) industry.
    • Participated and led various projects of culturally diverse nature and can collaborate effectively with individuals of all ages
    • Good analytical ability to detect variation which has facilitated fulfillment of corporate objectives
    • Experience of working with road and train transport
    • Exposure to the European Beverage Market through several years experience in restaurants and bars
