Kassik’s Brewery is looking for an assistant brewer. We are a small family owned brewery located 8 miles North of Kenai (160 miles south of Anchorage).
The position consists of all aspects of brewing: Wort production, fermentation management, cellaring, inventory, kegging and bottling. Annual production: 2000 – 3000 BBL’s.
Requirements:
• Passion and dedication for brewing quality craft beer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a team player, and be able to work independently.
• Must be able to work any shift in a 24-hour schedule.
• Should have a formal brewing education and/or a minimum of 2 years brewing experience in a commercial brewery/brewpub.
Salary is commensurate with experience, benefits include: Medical insurance, Paid time off and some paid holidays.
