  • Assistant Brewer Needed, Dallas TX, Deep Ellum Brewing Company

    ONE Attitude

All employees of DEBC are on a singular mission:

To make the best damn beer out there.

The brunt of the work toward this audacious goal falls on Huerter, the team’s Brew Master and unofficial granddaddy-poo-bah. He’s headed up several breweries, including one in St. Louis. Some would say if you’re going to brew local craft beer in the land of Clydesdales and global beer conglomerates, you’d sure as hell better know what you’re doing. Drew knows what he’s doing. Together, the men of DEBC are here to take back beer’s rightful place. They’re here to prove that beer has flavor— and that beer drinkers can have taste. They know this to be true, and they’re tired of waiting for someone else to spread the news. Right now, all over the country, brewers are re-educating us about the greatness of craft beer. And it’s about time someone re-introduced Dallas to it. And to do that, we’re expanding our brew team.
