The Big Time brewery is looking for a new head brewer.
Now in its 26th year of operation, the Big Time is looking to replace Drew Cluley, the 5th head brewer at this venerable university district institution.
Candidates must possess the following skill set:
Minimum of 2 years professional brewing experience
Knowledge of all aspects of crafting award winning ales.
A clean driving record.
Ability to be self-motivated and manage time well.
Ability to manage a part time asst. brewer.
Ability to lift 165lb kegs, 55lb grain sacks.
Accurate record keeping, ability to prepare tax records.
Must be able to work occasional weekends and represent the company at beer festivals and promotional events.
