An experienced cellar person is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate; who will have the following qualities:
- Motivated to learn
- Adherance to QA/QC procedures
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
-Problem solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills/knowledge are extremely important
-Strong passion for quality
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack & forklift
-Ability to remain flexible with work schedule
-Ability to multitask, work with and without direction, and function effectively on a team
-Great communication and organizational skills
-Computer literacy
-High degree of self-motivation and ambition to improve
-Ability to lift/move heavy items
Primary Responsibilities Include: , Cellar, CIP, Grain Handling, Yeast Management, Packaging, Warehousing
PACKAGING LINE
An experienced packaging person is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. An experienced worker will have:
- Packaging line experience (draft equipment/canning line)
- Extreme Attention to detail, in a fast paced environment
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills/knowledge are extremely important
- Ability to multitask, work with and without direction, and function effectively on a team
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Strong passion for quality
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to remain flexible with work schedule
- Ability to operate a forklift (experience preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to remain flexible with work schedule
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition to improve
- Ability to lift/move heavy items
Primary Responsibilities Include: Canning, Packing orders, Maintenance, CIP, Grain Handling, Warehousing
