We are a brand new 7 bbl brewery and restaurant in Annapolis, MD, utilizing 6 fermenters/unitanks, supplying the beer for a taproom, with plans to begin canning soon. We are looking for a part time cellar person/assistant that would report to the Head Brewer. Hours would remain around 16/week until production/canning ramps up in the future.
Ideal candidate would have at least 6 months cellaring/brewing experience in a brewpub or commercial production brewery. Responsibilities include kegging beer, CIP'ing tanks, cleaning kegs, cleaning draft lines, preparing weekly variant beers, organizing cold room kegs/taps and any other duties in assisting the head brewer. Pay is hourly based on experience. The position is open now and candidates who can start within the next coming weeks will be preferred.
