Hard Seltzer Production

Cold Brew Production

Equipment cleaning and maintenance

Brewery orders (ingredients, parts, etc.)

Monthly data collection (files exist)

Maintaining flagship recipes and creating new seasonal recipes

Cleaning and maintaining draft lines

Inventory

Sales

Production

Communicate beer availability to staff

Ingredient pickup
